Yes, discounts are determined by the quantity of product purchased. The following information below outlines the breakdown of discounts for bulk orders:

• 11-49 Units = 15% off

• 50-99 Units = 20% off

• 100+ Units = 25% off

Processing Timeframe:

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for order processing. It is also important to keep in mind that your order will not begin processing until the next business day if you place an order after business hours or during the weekend. The order processing time is separate from the shipping timeframe. Once your order is submitted, unfortunately we are unable to make changes to shipping methods or modify/cancel items. The shipping speed you select at checkout will be the timeframe you can expect your order to arrive after receiving the tracking number email confirming your order has shipped. Oversized Freight Delivery

For oversized items that ship by freight, you'll see an estimate of the delivery time on the product page, as well as a pop-up window with complete information about freight delivery. When you place your order, be sure to provide a daytime phone number so the freight company can contact you when the order is ready for delivery. You should obtain the freight company's phone number in case you need to change the delivery time.

For most freight items, delivery is "to the curb." The driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home.

Can I mix colors or styles in one bulk order?

Can I add customization to the products?

No, High Sierra does not currently offer any customization to products.

Does High Sierra Charge Sales Tax?

High Sierra currently collects sales tax on orders shipped to all states that impose a sales tax, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. If your organization is exempt in any of the states or jurisdictions where we collect sales tax, please supply your Customer Care Representative with the appropriate tax exemption.
